HeraEDU offers a diverse range of programs designed to support educators in their professional growth and to enhance the learning environment for students. In partnership with the Institute of Education (IOE) at the American University of Central Asia (AUCA), we offer a range of services designed to enhance teaching and leadership. Our “EduTalk” program is a weekly series where guest speakers share insights on various educational topics, providing valuable knowledge from experts. The “Educational Workshops” are customized to meet the specific needs of teachers, offering practical tools over a span of 2 to 5 days to enhance teaching effectiveness. “Leadership and Management Training” focuses on modernizing school systems, helping school leaders manage change, improve operations, and foster a positive school culture. Our “Focused Educational Courses” dive deep into specialized topics such as instructional strategies, classroom management, and technology integration, offering educators in-depth knowledge over 5 to 10 sessions. The “Long Term TPD Programs” are designed to prepare teachers for the upcoming academic year, covering a wide range of instructional methodologies and strategies over a span of 1 to 2 months. Finally, our “Student Counseling and Guidance Program” helps students navigate academic and career decisions, providing support in university selection, career planning, and personal development to ensure they make informed choices about their future.
