HerGrowth is the largest and the only women empowerment organization serving professionals in the finance, asset management industry in China, and companies in these industries that are on the diverse, inclusive journey. The HerGrowth community aims to facilitate the goal of improving diversity and advancing women representation in the finance and asset management industry across Asia. HerGrowth organizes online and offline seminars and salons on a monthly basis in both Shanghai and Beijing; conducts monthly interviews with women leaders and publishes columns on their workplace experiences and career advice. HerGrowth's mission is to advance women's representation and development in the finance, asset management industry in China. HerGrowth's vision is that every woman is inspired, prepared, and empowered for their NEXT BIG ASK at work or in life through this organization and to make their own decisions. HerGrowth serves pre-career, mid-career, and advanced career women in the broader finance industry, including sectors such as asset/investment management, PE/VC investment, sovereign wealth, investment banking, pension funds, family offices, wealth management platforms, private banks, corporate finance, broader financial services providers, as well as regulators, policymakers, finance functions in the public sector, academia and more.
