As an executive coach and organizational consultant, Tammy facilitates professional growth for leaders in high intensity, high stakes, high impact organizations. She takes a strengths-based approach to finding a leader's authentic self, transforming teams, and strengthening relationships with stakeholders and customers. As a federal prison Warden during a global pandemic, Tammy developed deep insights into crisis management, emphasized responsivity to public interest regulators, fostered psychological safety, and modeled resilience and learning agility grounded in positive psychology. Tammy is one of a small number of psychologists to be distinguished as Board Certified in Business and Organizational Psychology. She serves her profession as an elected Member at Large of the American Psychological Association. She is the Past-President of the Society of Psychologists in Leadership and a member of the Board of Directors of the American Board of Business and Organizational Consulting Psychology.
