To date, we have supported over 275 families in California, Texas, and Mississippi- with your support we are looking to double our impact numbers. Our philosophy is Well-Being, for the Whole Being. Mission The HGH mission is to educate and foster everyday behavioral practices [life skills] to advance mental, emotional, and physical well-being for underserved communities in communication, nutrition, and fitness.
