HireCloud enables employers to easily share their surplus applicants with other employers offering similar positions. We built a recruitment marketplace of Hourly Workers for Employers. This marketplace is filled with the surplus applicants from our employers, and acts as an additional applicant pool that is shared by and visible to each company within our network. Job Seekers (hourly only) indicate under which conditions they would consider employment (e.g, desired wage, willingness to travel, type of industry, etc.). These "conditions"–as well as the Job Seeker's resume data–enable our employers to quickly search, filter, and invite qualified hourly workers to come interview for full- or part-time positions. We match Hiring Managers with qualified Job Seekers; cutting down time-to-hire in the high-churn world of hourly employment.
