Hk Lab

HK Lab was the first innovation x-lab for a union globally. It experimented with how new technologies could improve rights for workers and how HK as an organisation could benefit from creating prototypes, identify new insights through new technology and much more. It was established in 2017 and closed down in fall of 2024 due to it's methods being implemented in operations in HK. Over 45 innovation projects was handed over to core operations in HK and several of these were implemented into the core services. HK Lab var HK Danmarks innovationslaboratorie. Vi tror på, at vi kan designe byggestenene til fremtidens arbejdsmarked og fremtidens fagforening gennem konkrete eksperimenter med ny teknologi, nye forretningsmodeller og nye målgrupper.
