Hodos Consultants is a network of confirmed HR consultants, between 10 and 25 years of experience, managerial support specialists. We work for start up and medium-sized companies, in all sectors of activity, for local management and executives too. We help ou clients with a pragmatic approach: the key is to get the first results within a few weeks to generate a positive dynamic with all project stakeholders. After analysis and validation of the problem with the client, the intervention is structured according to the context and objectives previously determined- Operational consulting - Training - Coaching - Team building actions: feedback, good practices, co-action.
