Holy nuts is a small family business born in the beautiful Byron Bay, and now established in Melbourne. We created Holy Nuts as our top priority was to provide healthy and nourishing food to our kids, As a french pastry chef and a father of a girl with multiple food intolerances and myself gluten intolerant, I created the spreads without nasties, dairy or palm oil. Our products are HEALTHY, ETHICALLY and SUSTAINABILITY made, using 100% PREMIUM AUSTRALIAN INGREDIENTS. We use a STONEGROUND technique as it is a good way to preserve the nutrients of the nuts as it doesn’t oxidised and overheat the product. It releases slowly the fat from the nuts, creating this silky texture.
