Honesty Hour

Honesty Hour is a digital social enterprise founded by Markus Sherman and Sharadram Sundaresan in early 2020. Born from a desire to help people learn from one another in a time of ever-increasing isolation and loss of community, Honesty Hour stands as a beacon of hope for honest communication across racial, political and socio-economic barriers. In an effort to move beyond the surface-level, self-guided, training modules that make up much of the DEI training landscape, we specialize in curating unique small group conversations, digital panels, and interactive trainings where participants are asked to reflect and share their own experiences as they relate to high-impact topics, and learn from one another instead of a video.
