We are a learning company that does four things: We develop bespoke online and blended learning for our clients. These range from supporting clients as they roll out Microsoft Teams, to Pharma Sales courses. From Maternity Coaching to Critical Thinking. We develop our own products using our expertise and experience to create immersive courses. Ethical Decision Making, a collaboration with Leeds University, explores office-based ethical management decisions with tools to help the user make decisions more effectively and more ethically. We have built our own learning platform: Cake. It is an adaptive platform used to deliver our courses and is a highly customisable option for clients to manage their courses. We offer consultancy in all aspects of learning transformation, strategy, process and instructional design.
