Who We Are: An inclusive grass-roots community of women and their allies. Our community is made up of smart, ambitious people putting a spotlight on the different paths to success. Problem Statement: There are numerous groups dedicated to female empowerment and career progression. These groups are extremely siloed, catering to niche groups of people. They lack truly diverse perspectives, and often do not yield results for their members or sponsors. Our Objective: Through a series of curated events and workshops, HowSheWorks will build a truly diverse membership to support women working towards success. We want to close the gap between women and tools to success such as funding, access to mentorship, consideration for senior roles, and flexible working.
