We are HR GO͝ORO͞O, a human capital management consulting firm dedicated to assisting start-ups, small to medium-sized businesses, as well as large corporation across the U.S. with a focus on identifying,developing, and driving people-centric strategic initiatives. We primarily focus our attention on immersing ourselves in businesses who either have limited human capital horsepower and/or financial resources. We see ourselves as true business partners who specialize in H.R, not as H.R. People who just advise a business, and are astute to listening and understanding the needs of our clients. We specialize in setting up H.R. infrastructures, policy & procedure implementation, recruitment initiatives, and creating a "WOW" on-boarding experience for new hires. Easing the pressures of day-to-day HR administrative functions, is what we know best, which then allows the company to focus on growth, while we focus on their most important asset - Their People. Our surveys data gathered from new hires have been positively linked to increased satisfaction levels of the employees, decreases turnover rates, and cost savings for our portfolio companies.
