HR Talks with Lish is a community that provides tips and advice to aspiring HR professionals, interns, students, graduates and anybody interested in entering the world of Human Resources. Our mission is to provide a realistic insight into the journey from a HR student perspective to the ultimate goal of being a successful expert within the field. Our tips and advice are very specific to successfully landing HR intern positions, interviews, understanding the courses and memberships available, thriving within the field and utilising platforms such as LinkedIn to stand out from the crowd. HR Talks with Lish was founded by Alisha Parchment in April 2020 after she realised that there wasn’t much content in regard to understanding HR from a student perspective. We are inspiring many and the aim is to inspire a generation, to allow HR to be represented in a way that will allow us to transform the profession and continue to ensure it evolves to benefit all.
