Pate is the founder and CEO of Humangood llc. Our goal is simple. Maximize the ROI on innovation, design, adoption and sustainable results. Pate has over 25 years of management consulting, working with Fortune 100 companies and entrepreneurial start-ups, consulting on vision building, strategic planning, brand/product development and the user experience. In 2011, Pate launched Humangood after being introduced to human-centered design. He recieved his certification Design Thinking and Innovative Probelm Solving from the University of Virginia, became a community leader for IDEO,+Acuman, and Design Thinkers Group based in Amsterdam to further develop deeper understanding, skillsets, and experience. Pate went on to consult with an impressive list of clients including Coca-Cola Corporation and Starbucks and the University of Michigan. After spending 2.5 years developing an innovation lab for the Coca-Cola Corporation, he began to realize missed opportunities within the innovation process to generate greater leaps in innovation, maximize the return on innovative outcomes (ROI), and foster greater adoption. This led to the development of a brand new innovation (co-creation) model, called Humangood. The model goes beyond the linear process of innovation & design to establish a transformative spherical model - the evolution of Self, the revolution of thinking and the transformation of culture. A self-generating power that enable us to stand in our truth, collapse the polarities that divide us and re-think what is truly possible - creating a powerful human engine of innovation and impact. Today, Pate consults with forward-thinking organizations to find new ways of working together that foster greater humanness and a more co-creative culture. His goal is establishes greater purpose, positive leadership, trust, engagement and maximise return on innovation inpact and investment.
