The price picture is in line with alleged low cost countries, but everything is manufactured in Sweden. The Tools are manufactured in quenched and tempered quality steel. The Plastic parts are produced with fully automated injection moulding. The company also has true 2-component injection moulding (2K), i.e. multiple materials/colours at one and the same plastic part. The tools for 2K are also manufactured in quenched and tempered quality steel and run fully automated when injection moulding. Moulding units up 800ton locking force. Robot cells. The customers can see the complete price of their products without surprises. One partner being responsible for both manufacturing of the tool, and the injection moulding, make most things easier and faster.
