Omni Polymers

In Ängelholm, Omni Polymers produces high-quality raw material in the form of a homogeneous polyolefin granule made with flexible plastic packaging from Swedish households. This waste material has previously been incinerated, but now, the Omni Polymers plastic challenges the use of virgin plastic in new products. CO2 emissions are significantly lower, and the environmental benefits are profound. Together with Plastonomy, Omni Polymers has designed and constructed the production line specifically for end-of-life flexible plastic packaging that has previously been difficult to recycle. Each production step consists of innovative solutions based on proven techniques and have been synergized to process flexible plastic packaging waste. The recyclable product replaces virgin plastic in new products. The product is made from used household packaging and is a mix of several polymers. The granule can replace virgin plastic as a raw material in new products. It consists mostly of polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (PE). The product is well suited for injection molding applications. Omni Polymers has customers in several different manufacturing industries and their product applications vary. Common examples where the product is used are in industrial packaging products, and internal logistics products that support the automotive industry. And what’s more, the granules can be recycled at the end of its product life, so the plastic recirculates within the manufacturing industry. 50% lower CO2 emissions. The company's own preliminary studies show that their plastic manufacturing saves 1.41 tons of carbon dioxide per ton produced compared to manufacturing from virgin raw materials. The goal is for the product to reduce customers' CO2 emissions by at least 50% compared to the use of virgin polymers. Stebro Plast Ab

Stebro Group is a family owned plastic injection molding group with its head office in Broaryd, Sweden. We are 4 companies in the Group. 3 of them are in Sweden and the 4th is in Dongguang, China. We are a whole solution partner for our customers, which means that we can help you from idea to the complete finished product. We are a subcontractor and do not have any own products. The markets we deliver to are, for example, Medical, Sanitary, Forest and garden tools, Automotive etc… The plastic resins we work with are all from PELD to PPSU. No job is too big or small for us! Our injection molding machines are from 25 up to 600 tons clamping force and we can run parts with a maximum weight of approx 2Kg. All molds we manufacture in China, Either at our own company or at some of our other suppliers. We have a 120 tons Engel injection molding machine in China where we test the molds. The reason for this is so that we can test the molds in a similar machine which it will be produced in at one of our Swedish companies. Our goal is to be fastest in terms when it comes to manufacture molds!
