i-Square: Integrating Safety, Quality and Risk management. i-Square specialises in organisational safety: investigating the relationship between technological systems and the risks such systems can introduce in an organisation. i-Square has several novel approaches to predictive risk analysis, which can be integrated within an organisation's incident management system. We assess the risks associated with changes in procedures, processes or the introduction of new systems or technology. We are convinced that structural improvements in safety (such as near miss management systems) will enhance an organisation's RAMS abilities, thereby directly leading to lower costs and higher profits for an organisation.
