We are an HR & Talent Solutions, and Business & Life Coaching consultancy, based in West Sussex. We help SMEs and individuals, both in the UK and internationally. We are Breathe HR partners On the B2B side. we provide SMEs with commercial, pragmatic HR & Talent solutions to support the many people related challenges and opportunities which exist for every SME. On the B2C side I personally provide 121 executive, life and wellbeing coaching to individuals (this can include employment support as needed). Whoever we work with, we aim to support and strengthen and of course make your life easier. We are true experts in what we do and our testimonials support the work that we do. Our ethos is to always be solutions focused, creative, straight forward, commercial, honest, balanced and forward thinking, to support and guide but not impose and of course to ensure that every client is provided with first class service with solutions tailored to each business or individual.
