Serving both companies and individuals, IBLS Group more specifically offers legal services: French Law- Business Immigration Law and related issues of Corporate Law (such as setting up a French company) for foreign nationals and companies wanting to move to France- Contract Law: contracts only matter when they are legally enforceable, so our mission is to draft them carefully to offer comprehensive documents anticipating all possible legal issues that may arise from the situation- Employment Law, including but not limited to employment cases involving women who have faced discrimination in the workplace; and - Sports Law, representing professional athletes to make sure they can focus on what they love: compete and win. U.S. Law*: On the U.S. side, IBLS Group collaborates with well-renowned and highly experienced U.S. attorneys and is therefore able to assist its French clients by ensuring their legal needs pertaining to immigration law are being served and handled in a highly professional and efficient manner- Business immigration Law and related issues of corporate Law- Documentation: Assisting with bank accounts, SSN, and driving license, to name a few; and - Acclimatization: Setting up clients with relocating as well as the numerous specificities of living in the U.S.*All U.S. Law issues are handled in tight collaboration with a few trusted partners U.S. Law firms based in New York, Washington and the West Coast.
