Ice Code Games is an independent, remote-first studio headquartered in Warsaw, Poland, devoted to crafting tactical and strategic experiences where every decision matters. Since Hard West 2 galloped onto PCs in 2022, we’ve only sharpened our aim, expanding our tech, team, and ambition while staying true to systemic-design roots. Our current portfolio includes: Hard West 2 (PC 2022, Good Shepherd Entertainment) — a supernatural posse tactics adventure that captured Best Game and Best Design at the 2023 CEEGA Awards and scored a PC Gamer GOTY nod; Rogue Waters (PC 2024; PS5, Xbox Series X|S & Nintendo Switch 2025) — a cursed-seas roguelite co-published with Tripwire Presents; Nightmare Frontier — the world’s first Tactical Extraction Looter, boarding Steam Early Access in Q2 2025.
