ABOUT US ICF Philadelphia Charter Chapter (within International Coaching Federation) is a community of credentialed coaches, members, and affiliates in the Greater Philadelphia Area, including Delaware, and areas of New Jersey, Maryland, and beyond. FOR COACHES ICF Philadelphia remains committed to building, supporting and preserving the integrity of the coaching profession. We aspire to create community, provide quality education and deepen learning for members. FOR THE COMMUNITY ICF Philadelphia connects the community to professional coaches with the depth of knowledge and experience required to propel individuals, teams, and organizations forward. The ICF core values and ethical principles are reflected in credentialed coaches holding Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Professional Certified Coach (PCC), or Master Certified Coach (MCC) credentials from International Coaching Federation.
