Since its founding in 1986, Idea has always focused on “offering food that cannot be experienced anywhere else.” At our charcoal-grilled Miyazaki chicken restaurant Kuruma and our other restaurants including Tori Kagura, teppanyaki restaurant Kanro, and Kamigata Mido, we make each and every dish by hand, paying careful attention to the quality ingredients, cooking methods, and customer service. We wish to enable as many of our customers as possible to experience the delicious flavors and excitement that are “only performed at Idea.”
