Ideal Meat was founded in 1986 and has grown into a regional producer and distributor of premium meat and seafood items throughout Southern California. We service foodservice outlets and broad-line food distributors with the highest quality pork, beef, poultry, lamb, and seafood items. We are a group of business operators and professional steak cutters, with over 100 combined years of experience in the meat industry.
