Ignite Innovation, Llc

At IGnITE Innovation, we believe that innovation is a skill that everyone in an organization can learn and apply to produce their best work, maximize their motivation and engagement, and drive organizational results. Innovation should not be reserved for those who sit in the boardroom or only for the product development team. All levels of the organization deserve to use their creativity to solve challenges and seize opportunities. When an organization can get all levels of the organization to innovate, the company pulls ahead of the competition and wins. Our passion – Simplify and demystify innovation so everyone can do it. Our passion is innovation. We seek to demystify innovation so that individuals not only understand what it is, but how to do it. IGnITE helps simplify innovation by providing a model and simple steps that anyone can take to apply innovation to their roles. As a result, IGnITE Innovation unlocks the potential in people to solve real business challenges, create optimally motivating work environments, and delivers real bottom-line results. Our ‘Why’ Over several years, as leadership development consultants to Fortune 500 companies, the founders of IGnITE Innovation worked extensively with various organizations and noticed a pattern. While leaders claimed they wanted to create innovative cultures, their behaviors were diametrically opposed. We observed the huge gap between talking about innovation and getting members of an organization to innovate. IGnITE Innovation closes this gap. When we do, clients tell us what a difference these new skills have on results and the culture of the organization. This is what fires us up at IGnITE Innovation.
