As a coach, I bring empathy, compassion, and directness to the coaching relationship. I understand how small shifts can make a huge impact, how environments can have roadblocks to success, and how communication plays a role in creating healthy relationships. I notice a person’s microexpressions and ask challenging questions for a person to deepen their reflection of self. I believe a coaches’ responsibility is to create a safe and awareness building environment, so at the end of the coaching engagement a client has self-identified, tangible and practiced tools, strategies, and techniques to meet their goals.
