For more than 60 years of pasta making, it used to be the men in the family who led the charge, but now it’s the girls’ turn to run the business. Today we use the trusted traditional Italian techniques, but with a focus on natural Australian ingredients. Our pasta is produced with 100% high protein Australian Durum wheat semolina & free range eggs. We use ingredients you would at home there is no additives, colourings or preservatives.
