Imperfect Pointes

Imperfect Pointes was formed by a mum and daughter team who were frustrated at the lack of balletwear brands focusing on sustainability. Most are focused on releasing as many new styles + designs as possible each season, with a fast fashion mentality. Not cool for planet or garment workers. Imperfect Pointes wants to help dancers look amazing + make a change for good. All apparel is made from ECONYL, regenerated nylon from plastics recovered from our oceans, landfill and industrial waste. When we set up Imperfect Pointes, there were 3 big things we knew had to do- We will make sure we create a place where everyone who loves ballet can feel included - body size, gender and colour are irrelevant to us- Make sure that, with our premium product, we are not adding to landfills and helping to keep plastic waste out of the oceans - Encourage all our followers to make a change - the planet can’t wait! We live in an imperfect world, and our bodies are imperfect too, so lets celebrate our flaws.come join us
