With roots in behavioral science and improvisation, we use experience-based exercises to transform the way individuals, teams, and whole organizations interact. We hand pick exercises to tailor an agenda for either a 60 or 90 minute workshop designed to prompt participants to try on skills and to think differently. Our experts lead the group through interactive exercises that lead to ‘Ah-ha’ learning moments. Sessions may be customized to fit your team’s experiences, challenges and/or opportunities (up to 30 persons per session) As the training progresses the exercises get more challenging and build off each other At the end of the session we summarized what was learned and outline the tasks the group will receive 30 and 60 days now to help activate what they just learned!
