As a soul-centered career and life transitions coach, and lifelong student of depth psychology, I’m fascinated by the soul's calling, the myths by which we live, and the power of reframing the narratives that hold us back from becoming who we are truly meant to be. I bring this archetypal lens to help midcareer professionals engage in "soul-making" and work and live with more depth. As someone who has reinvented his career twice—from lawyer to business developer, recruiter to coach—I understand how messy, scary and discombobulating a career reinvention can be. I’m here to tell you that it’s in the experimentation and perceived failures that the gold exists. I don’t have it all figured out, but what I do know is that work and life aren’t linear experiences that build towards and culminate in a final destination. The path is full of twists and turns, backtracking and circular movement. As a coach to midcareer professionals in transition, I help my clients to perceive the golden threads running through their work and life, which transform events into meaningful experiences and yield deep insights into the question of vocation. I powerfully serve my clients as they navigate the serpentine path of career change helping raise their energy levels to consciously engage in the active process of reinvention, exploring and experimenting with new possible “working identities” until something crystallizes to form the bedrock of a new career.
