indysource is a fast-growing digital analyst organization serving a developing Community of Independent Sourcing Advisors and Professionals (Our Members), and IT suppliers across Europe. We serve our Community and our Business Partners (IT Suppliers), through Network, MarketInfo, Dialogue and DealRoom services by; providing access to this Community and our Supplier Panel, facilitating valuable interactions, creating unique insights, and helping to improve our Members’ and Business Partners’ deals. Network (I) For Independent Sourcing Advisors and Professionals, it is important to connect and understand the % Game and “Who’s Who” in the industry. In order to have the right, appropriate and timely interactions, indysource is building the Network (I) powered by Community Management. MarketInfo (II) It is crucial for the Independent Sourcing Advisors and Professionals to be able to access and have relevant information in “making sense of opportunities”. To do this indysource is collaboratively developing an understanding of the Suppliers who “are in it to win it” through MarketInfo (II) powered by the Research Agenda. Dialogue The indysource approach is to develop relevant and value-add approach using “Design Thinking Value Creation” principles. The focus is on the key hotspots impacting “Winning Deals” in all the lifecycle stages. This is incorporated into a framework called Dialogue powered by the Hotspots Review. DealRoom (IV) The indysource approach to the sourcing process is to focus on the value-add of interaction and collaborative design, our “Tender-Management-Office-as-a-Service” (TMOaaS) platform manages ”Effective, Efficient & Economic Deals” and can be accessed using the DealRoom (IV) powered by TMOaaS
