The Infinity Protocol Training System The Infinity Protocol Training System The infinity protocol is a training system that I created for my clients and other trainers to use with their clients. The infinity protocol is a system that takes from all of these different training styles: strength training, body building, cardio, power training, olympic lifting, tai chi, yoga, pilates, and body weight movements. It combines them into an easy to apply system that can be scaled and customized for novice to advanced clients. This is a free system for you to download and begin training yourself. This is also a free system for other trainers to download and use to get better results with their clients. I am available for personal training in the metro Atlanta area, so I can personally bring my system to you. I can train at your regular gym, my personal home gym, or in the comfort of your home.
