Ingrida Ballet

Ingrida is a freelance ballet and jazz teacher with over 12 years of experience on stage as a professional ballet dancer. She started ballet at the age of four and was accepted in the National M.K. Ciurlionis art school at age 11, where she graduated as a Professional Ballet dancer in 2012. In the same year Ingrida became a member of the ballet company in the Lithuanian National Opera and Ballet Theatre. Ingrida has experience dancing in a great number of famous ballets such as Swan lake, The Nutcracker, La Sylphide, Giselle, La Bayadere, Carmen, Copelia, Sleeping Beauty and many others. She has performed in Germany, China, Spain, Italy, Poland and has worked with choreographers and teachers from the USA, France, Russia, UK, Poland, Norway and Israel. Ingrida moved to Ireland in 2015 and has since taught ballet and modern dance in Primaballet, Leinster School of Dance, Celtic Star Studios, Tappy Toes, Darcy Dance School and many others. Since November 2018 Ingrida is based in Portimao, Portugal. Since 2016 until 2018 Ingrida was a full-time student in Inchicore College of Further Education Dublin (Ireland), where she studied Ballet and Jazz teaching, Psychology, Music, Anatomy, First Aid, Contemporary dance and Dance history. Ingrida is holding Diploma in Dance Instruction (DDI) in Modern Theatre Dance (ISTD).
