World-class hand-to-hand combat training since 1990. We teach people how to use violence as a survival tool so they can avoid the avoidable — and meet the unavoidable with action in kind. Our ongoing training program includes striking, joint breaking, and throwing; with and against knives, batons, and firearms; as well as grabs, holds, chokes & multiman work — with all material pulled from our proven 10-year curriculum, we can show you something new at every session for a decade, with no repetition. The program in San Diego is led by 12 local instructors — including six Masters — with a total of more than 150 years of combined experience teaching military, law enforcement and thousands of people just like you how to use violence as a survival tool. In addition, they’re also professionals in related fields: medical doctors, lawyers, engineers and military veterans. We have taught courses in New York, London, Paris, and Sydney. But for all that, the most important person in the room is you. We offer classes three days a week in San Diego, as well as monthly "Six-Hour Saturday" events. We also teach two- to five-day seminars based on client interest and needs.
