What We Do We offer Desktop Publishing services in most languages. Our team of graphic designers has the necessary meticulous attention to detail that is needed to ensure that all jobs we deliver will look as good or better than the source files. From the very beginning of a translation project, we can help with file preparation to ensure translators encounter no problem when working with the files and that all text is correctly segmented to avoid mistranslations. In cases where all the client has is a PDF, we recreate it in a format that will be suitable for translation using CAT Tools. This will not only lead to less DTP work needed after translation but it will also guarantee a better translation quality. Desktop Publishing software can be, to say the least, a bit of a challenge, and sometimes translators and end users have to spend valuable time fixing layout issues that make no sense and seem impossible to fix. Our team has a wide experience on troubleshooting that kind of issues, especially in relation to doc/docx files that can sometimes get corrupted by CAT Tools. We also offer script/macro creation for Adobe InDesign and MS Word which are a great option for automatic run repetitive tasks that are time consuming when done manually.
