Since 2007 Innovative Learning LLC has been committed to professionalizing the behavior technician workforce. Innovative Learning LLC is a small elearning company who provides evidence-based, online, on demand, distance learning programs for paraprofessionals and professionals in the human services and education sectors. Innovative Learning LLC's small team has been committed to the workforce development of qualified and dedicated behavior technicians who deliver direct behavioral health treatment and services to individuals and families. Innovative Learning LLC's training and educational programs focus not only on evidenced based treatment approaches but on the values of respect and dignity; qualify of life and self determination; and embrace positive behavior supports and person centered planning practices. By professionalizing the behavior technician workforce through an evidenced and values based approach, the sector can expect improved treatment outcomes, reduced risk, less turnover, and over all increased satisfaction. In March 2017, Innovative Learning LLC received ANSI Accreditation for the Behavior Technician Level One Certificate Program. This is a significant benchmark in the ABA sector since the BTL1 Certificate Program is the first nationally accredited ABA training program specifically for behavior technicians. Several national healthcare companies have already approved the BTL1 as an alternative credentialing mechanism to the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and the Board Certified Autism Technician (BCAT) certifications.
