At InPersona our focus is on supporting organisations and their managers to develop and implement a coaching leadership style. We deliver programmes face-to-face as well as online. To cope with the increasing complexity of the business, we noticed that organizations require proactive employees, well qualified professionals who take responsibility for their work and speak up when it is needed. To support this development and respond effectively to the growing need for distant working and the demands of younger generations, we believe that developing coaching leadership skills is a must for today’s managers.
