Insight Collaborative supports underserved groups around the world to manage conflict, improve pivotal relationships and work better together. Informed by our work with world-leading organizations, we share the best leadership and conflict management theory and skills with those who cannot usually access them, from NGO field staff to political officials. We have helped individuals, non-profits and governments in over 60 countries to have more impact. We believe that the insights and practices used to strengthen leadership, resolve conflicts and help people work better together in the business world can have major impact in non-profit settings. We share and develop the theory and skills used by our leadership advisory firm, Insight Partners, with those who often find such expertise out of reach - from training teams and leaders working in the field, to mediating and negotiating solutions to local and international disputes.
