We are locally established, but we have built partnership with both local and multinational clients. That’s how we own the confidence to be part of the global standard, while remaining grounded. We do not work with the clients, rather we aim to work together and move forward as a team. With over 20 years of experience in the human capital industry, Helga has sought for another level of professional goals. She has developed trustful, long-term and deep relationship with the clients due to her capacity in delivering efficient multifaceted strategies based on their needs. Yet, in the beginning of 2018 she was keen to challenge herself, to step up the game and go beyond her comfort zone.
