Our mission is to support school leaders, especially leaders of color, to gain the knowledge and skills necessary to impact their communities and inspire the people they lead. Personalized Coaching can support leaders confront the challenges of leading a school community. Our online courses offer self-paced learning options that will maximize the benefits of coaching. All courses include 2 coaching sessions.
