Inspired Aesthetics

Inspired Aesthetics is a free after school program for young people in grades 9-12 that provides access to top quality, year-round arts education and training, mentoring, and academic support. We are focused on creating and providing opportunities for young people who may not have access to them otherwise. We believe that access and representation matters. We are working to fill the gap in after school programming for teens and level the playing field in arts related careers and post secondary paths. Mission: Our mission is to provide access to intentionally created safe spaces that inspire and engage young people in the Kansas City, MO metropolitan area through the power of the arts, and provide free enrichment opportunities to foster creativity, self expression, growth, and learning. Vision: With highly qualified and well-trained staff that represents the communities our young people come from, our programming will help fill the current gap in teen after-school access and expand educational opportunities beyond the classroom. All young people, despite background, race, or socioeconomic status, will have the opportunity to excel both creatively and academically.
