The Inspired Learning Institute (ILI) is a covenant-based, decentralized learning ecosystem transforming how youth, families, and organizations learn, heal, and lead. Founded by educator and social innovator Domini Bryant, MSW, ILI bridges social work, spirituality, and systems design to reimagine education as a living covenant between purpose, people, and progress. Through our S.T.E.A.M.S.™ Framework — Spiritual/Social Systems, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Math, and Science — we cultivate spiritually grounded, culturally responsive learning experiences that unite innovation with moral intelligence. Our programs turn education into a vehicle for healing, creativity, and economic empowerment — from vocational certifications and entrepreneurial apprenticeships to civic leadership, restorative justice, and family transformation pathways. We partner with schools, nonprofits, municipalities, and social enterprises to deliver curriculum, mentorship, and certification systems that prepare youth (ages 13–24) and their families to thrive in a changing world.
