The Institute for Executive Development (IED) is a consulting firm located in Las Vegas with a 30-year history of working with leaders from corporate, public, and non-profit organizations. Dr. Rick Culley established in 1990 with the mission to provide the right services, the right way at the right time. His focus and expertise has been in three areas: Leadership Development, Executive Coaching, and Strategic Planning. Our emphasis on consistently working with good people and good organizations to help them get even better stems from our experience that the best people are most interested in continuously growing and improving. As a result, we strive to provide informative, insightful, and highly actionable learning experiences tailored to the specific needs of our clients. Our programs and services are based on sound research, leading practices, and innovative approaches developed over 30 years with extensive feedback from clients.
