INTELINQ is a training and coaching firm optimizing today’s leadership and workforce. On a micro level we specialize in the optimization of you. What does optimization look like? The answer to that question is likely to change individually, as it reflects our unique personality and experiences. Optimization, looks and feels different to us all. So how do we then achieve optimization? We created a training course called The Road to Optimization (RO) Experience. This three hour experience comprises of two parts designed as a story, where we’ve been and where we are going Part I is a guide in how to recognize the challenges in your life you believe could be limiting your success, optimization, or even well-being. We do this by teaching you the how and why of human beings from a neuroscience, psychological and sociological context Part II is a practical portion designed to challenge you in an objective and orderly way to reflect back and determine where you’ve been investing your efforts and resources. We then identify key areas in our lives in which we could invest resources for optimization. Because optimization looks and feels so different for us all, we don’t apply overarching or broad principles to the audience. The individual must choose where they want to focus their efforts and resources, however our exercises and demonstrations help guide you to your goals Building optimization isn't easy, it is a skill set that takes practice and making mistakes. Because of this, we cannot be a traditional "one and done" style training course leaving the audience well short of their goals. To go beyond The RO Experience, we've built Team, and One-on-One Coaching programs, which have been designed to facilitate the journey of mastery.
