At current we own and develop more than 20 land plots in Kyiv, with a total area of over 200 hectares, and more than 15 projects in the regions. Projects in Kyiv range from business centers and premium class residential complexes and hotel in the city center to retail and office parks and large scale economy residential complexes projects in non-central locations and in Kyiv suburbs. Company has not only land and projects approved, but also cash to invest in development and in new acquisitions.
