The company search consultants have over 30 years of combined management experience in human resources for corporations, including 20 years in healthcare. Paul Williams serves as the Principal of the firm. Williams performs the complete search process, including meeting with the client company, determining the required candidate competencies, identifying and sourcing candidates, interviewing and screening, presenting final candidates, reference checking and assisting with the offer of employment. Interwest Search’s approach and style is founded on the principles of honesty, open communication, fairness and integrity. Such values along with a friendly interpersonal communication style have led to successful recruitment results for client organizations. Williams has 20 years of experience in human resources management, including 10 years in healthcare administration. He has successfully recruited healthcare management professionals at all levels in the organization. Serving on senior management teams with 3 different organizations as Vice President of Human Resources, Williams has been involved in the strategic direction of each organization. Williams served with CHW- Mercy Medical Center in Merced, CA for 9 years as a VP/HR, then Assistant Administrator. Williams has taught supervisory management, human resources and related courses through local college and training institutions. Williams has a Bachelors degree in Business, with an emphasis in Human Resources and a Masters degree in Organizational Management. He is certified with a SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) through the Society of Human Resources Management.
