After 15+ years honing my inclusive leadership style across sectors and project environments, I built a track record of developing talent and building high performing teams. I operated within organizations large and small and I recognized that the culture of work pushes employees to their limits and enables the conditions that lead to burnout. My inclusive leadership approach was unique in that I instilled a growth mindset and prioritized wellbeing as inextricably linked to team members’ ability to contribute at high levels. I built intentional systems and practices that increased team and client engagement and created a greater sense of belonging and purpose. In turn, my team members would stay and grow with the business- driving better results and creating additional brand champions along the way. Inwellth was created to scale this impact by supporting high-achieving individuals and mission-driven organizations looking to sustainably attain the results that matter most.
