Experience Kyoto's traditional lifestyle in a luxuriously restored Machiya In the last decades, the traditional cityscape and Machiya house of Kyoto have been disappearing at an alarming rate. Recently, restoration if Kyoto Machiya as galleries and cafes has become popular, but their original use as homes grows increasingly rare. All of our Machiya, acquired old Kyo-Machiya (traditional Kyoto house), kept the Original structure, restore them beautifully, and offer to stay comfortably. In this way we would like to provide the traditional Kyoto living experience. Iori Co. manages Machiya houses in the heart of Kyoto. At present we has 10 different Machiya houses in central Kyoto. Ranging in size from cozy house- perfect romantic hide-away for couples, for big group-multiple inner gardens and space to accommodate a party of 14 people comfortably.
