Irawo” means star in the Yoruba Language. A thing or person that can not be shut by darkness. That is what we believe food to be. At Irawo kitchen, we create delicious ‘Afro-fusion” cuisine by marrying the tasty seeds and beans native to warm West African climates with award-winning Irish beef and locally sourced country vegetables. Our interpretation of ‘Afro-Fusion’ is a combination of traditional dishes from various ethnic groups, blended with ‘healthy-ish ingredients creating memorable tastes through Anita’s individual expression.
