In the summer of 2011, the Tamminga brothers began designing handcrafted outdoor products. In the earlier years of Iron Embers, they built their reputation through a series of successful crowdfunding campaigns that focused their attention on the fireside experience. Since then, our business has grown from a small family-owned and operated manufacturing operation to an emerging leader in the premium outdoor fire pit community.
