Background
About Adrian Tamminga
I'm a business strategist and investor, with a heart for people. My vision is to build a portfolio of small businesses with a common culture of valuing the employee - building up leaders to build a better world.I started building fire pits when I was 13 with my 2 older brothers and over the next 10+ years I slowly took over the business operations, learning what it means to work hard and put the customer first. From working out of a garage every summer, to renting a corner of a nearby shop, and now with our own industrial unit in Guelph, Iron Embers has been like business bootcamp for me. I've learned to fail as quickly and often as we can afford to - recovering and learning from failure is where growth happens. We're now looking for investment opportunities to compliment Iron Embers and the skills our team has developed to bring us one step closer to fulfilling our vision.
